Windsor Castle

A friendly welcome from your Guide and Driver and then a short drive to Windsor, home to the royal family for 900 years. Windsor is the oldest inhabited castle in the world and is still an official residence of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

  • Optional: Purchase a ticket for an interior visit to Windsor Castle to see the magnificent State Apartments, still used today for royal receptions and State occasions. See the 14th century St Georges Chapel.*

Stonehenge

The great and ancient stone circle of Stonehenge is one of the wonders of the world, cloaked forever in intense debate over its purpose. It is the focal point in a landscape filled with prehistoric ceremonial structures, now a World Heritage Site.

Oxford

Known as 'The City of Dreaming Spires', Oxford has been a seat of learning since 1249. Stonehenge is closed to visitors on 20 & 21 June for the Summer Solstice, we will visit the stone circle at Avebury instead.
